Customers who are consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.

inform you of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory. You can also fill out and submit the sample cancellation form or another clear declaration electronically on our website www.design-im-shop.de or you can also inform us of your cancellation by telephone. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you confirmation (e.g. by email) of receipt of such a revocation.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires or inform us of this by telephone.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from you choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have) to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods to us (OPOSSUM design - design im shop, Heike Sinnig, Weitisberga 63, 07343 Wurzbach, Germany) immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract or to hand over. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.

For consumers within the meaning of 13 BGB, the following applies to returns within Germany:

You can organize the return shipment yourself at your own expense with a parcel company of your choice or you can instruct us to collect it.

If you place an order with us, the collection will be carried out by DPD or a shipping company, depending on the type of goods. You will be informed about the costs in advance by email. The costs depend on the number of packages and their respective weight and will be deducted from the reimbursement costs.

If DPD collects the item, you will be informed in advance by email about the collection date by DPD.

To ensure safe returns, we recommend that you use the original packaging and pack the goods carefully.
