The open design of this combined bird bath makes the food easy for the birds to discover.
Two frost-proof porcelain bowls are filled with food or, in warmer seasons, with water.
Due to the decline in insects and the increased nutrient requirements in the rearing phase, leading ornithologists warn that birds should not be fed in summer.
If the feeder is placed in the ground, the height is reduced by approx. 15-20 cm. For a longer rod, please order our extension elements. A fat ball can be hung in the middle in the roof area. The most convenient way to do this is with our stainless steel hook. This is included in the optionally available starter set. Alternatively, this is also possible with a simple knit
In the transitional period, when there are not many insects around, we sprinkle some bird food in the bottom bowl.
