Oil lamp tree with 12 or 24 "bulbs". Stainless steel wires as branches, twigs hold the light bulbs, "growing" out of a (stainless steel) trunk.

The "bulbs" are frosted on the inside. After adding the lamp oil, they become clearer with a satin glow. For us, it's particularly effective if you don't fill all the lamps. You then have the attractive interplay of clear and matt lamps.
