Bird feeder and bath VHT-1-Large in Corten steel

In addition to the versions in white and stainless steel, our large birdhouse VHT-1 is now also available in stainless steel.

For anyone who finds the contrast between white or stainless steel to the natural surroundings of our VHT-1-L too great, this combination of bird bath and bird house in patina is the right choice, as it fits very discreetly into any garden area between colorful flower meadows or perennials.

Clear shapes are not dispensed with here either.

The lively, warm surface, created by the Corten steel used, is characteristic. Although rusted on the outside, the rust layer forms a protective layer and at the same time prevents the material from rusting through further. This special material is primarily used in facade cladding in modern, representative buildings. However, this material should not be confused with cheap hardware store decorative items made of steel in “patina rust”. Here a rust look is only imitated, without a long shelf life for the item.

PLEASE NOTE: Our patina feeding stations are slightly pre-rusted. The final rusting process with a continuous rust surface is only completed after approx. 2 years.
